my problem is my A/C is working fine for 10-15 minutes.. but after that it will be on and off sometimes the compressor will work again after 10 minutes...

 

Sounds like you are hitting the high pressure cutoff. If there is too much pressure in the system, it will trip the high pressure switch on the back of the compressor, disconnecting the clutch. You would need to get some gauges onto the system to know where it is set.
