Hi, is thee a cabin filter on a 95 for the heater? not getting enough volume out defrosters. I can hear the fan blowing well just no volume thx.

 

No cabin air filter on S/T body. Possibly debris in the intake, duct work, or a vacuum actuator is not functioning right.

 

where's the intact duct at. i'm pretty sure the blazer had been sitting a while when I bought it.

Yup, and leaves etc can get sucked into the ductwork when the blower is turned on. If it gets too bad, you'll need to remove the entire dash and HVAC case. Then split the case apart to clean it out.... all day job if you haven't done one before.
