Default Catalytic code/issue

My Catalytic converter started rattling back in January...I promptly ordered a new one from here http://www.catalyticconverterwarehou...VERTER&mode=PA

About a month ago my SES light came on...they pulled a code P0420 off of it. I had them clear it and now its back. My question is...since the converter is new, was put in the beginning of February...what should I look at? Where are the O2 sensors on a 97 Jimmy 4x4...I cannot seem to find their location in the Haynes manual at ALL...and could that be the problem..the one that is screwed into the converter?

BTW...AutoZone REFUSED to clear the code....anyone ever heard of them doing that?
