The wifes 01' 4x4 Blazer with the 4.3l Vortek is giving out 3 codes.

1. P0453

2. P0446

3. P0452

Any help with these would be great.

A bit of recent history. The only work I've had to do is replacement of the fuel pump about a month ago. Other than that it's been fine.

 

1. P0453 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input

2 P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction

3. P0452 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input

Sounds like something is up with the evap system.....

 

Reset the codes and make sure your gas cap is tight. See if they come back. The P0453/P0452 seem erroneous.
