when im on the throttle it spudders (except 4 low)and check engine light comes back to multiple miss fire i changed the plugs and plug wires about 2 months ago did the cap and rotor yesterday and when i checked the timing after cap and rotor it would fire fine stop for abit then fire fine again not sure what to check next any ideas???

 

check the distributor gear for wear. how many miles do you have?

 

THANKS....guess ill check that next there is about 220 000 km`s not sure what that is in miles

The dreaded P0300 CAUTION LONG POST

 

mine has 86000 miles and i had the p0300 after a tune up and after a new distributor gear it took care of it. does it run rough at random times?
