Default Clicking at startup

I have a 1999 Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3L Vortec. When you first start it up in the mornings it has a steady click coming from the middle, to front of the engine, its hard to tell. But as it warms up, it quiets down. It runs fine the whole time, no misses or hesitation. Great oil pressure. But does anyine know what this could be?

Are you using the correct oil and is it clean? Have you checked the serpentine belt for wear?
