Codes and intermittent starting

Hi, I just bought a 02 blazer with 118 miles. I have an intermittent starting issue. It turns over but some times it won't start. I have checked the relay and the fuel pressure/leak down and it passes. I have checked for/cleaned rust off of the ground and it passes. I had an ex-mechanic buddy of mine come over and see what he though about it. What he noticed was some times when the key was turned the check engine light would come on and some times it wouldn't. Today I went and got the codes checked. They are as follows.
U1016 PCM communication failure. This code was found in my history.
P0155 02 sensor. Apparently an 02 sensor went out at some point.
P1631 Security code issue. After reading a bit it sounds like my blazer has the "wrong security code"?
U1041 Lost sensor to having to do something with pressure to my brakes.
I took the vehicle to another mechanic and he told me flat out "sell it". He told me this could be an issue that could cost potentially thousands to figure out.
Before I sell it I thought I would ask if any one has any thoughts regarding what the issues might be, or if selling it right away is my best game plan.
Also, I don't know if this would cause a PCM communication loss code, but I had read that if the battery is unhooked that it takes time for the PCM to "re-learn." It just received a new battery, could that cause the U1016 code?
Any thoughts welcome. - Thanks - Matt
