Basically....when i have it on full cold vent...i can feel the air in the back seat...but when on hot...i can barely feel it a foot in front of the vent....

HVAC position does not matter, weak on all settings....I know the only difference between hot and cold is that motor drive door in the dash....i can see it moving free, sealing both directions...

any ideas? i recently put a core in it...no restrictions in front of that i know of.....
