Question Computer Climate Control

I hope this in the right place.
After a trip to a junk yard with a friend I noticed a control panel for the computer climate control of a blazer, only seen them before in pictures.
So I got curious, been searching but can not find the information I seek. I want to know if that can be installed on a blazer with the regular ac/heat controls.
The reason I got curious is because I kind of like the look of the computer climate control better than the regular one.
Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

I would assume that you would also need to have at least one temperature sensor somewhere in the cabin, maybe one outside and some servomotors on the HVAC control flaps that you wouldn't have on your Blazer. Plus it is one more thing to go haywire on an older vehicle. I tried to stay away from vehicles with this when looking for a used Blazer / Jimmy for my daughter becuase of this. I've had vehicles with both and to be honest I prefer the manual control becuse it is more flexable.
