Well cleaned the IAC today and no change. Then replaced the vac lines going to the vac ball thingy and the bigger one going to the back of the plenum. Sprayed sine starting fluid around and didn't notice any changes in idle. Unless they are very subtle. Will test the TPS tomorrow.

On a possible related note what would be under the drivers side dash that could cause a crank no start when 20F or lower unless I put an electric heater on the floor on that side to warm it up? I have replaced the ignition switch.
