Default coolant temp issues

i have a 97 blazer ls 4door 4x4 i bought it with 75k there was obviously some work done with the t-stat problem is the normal running temp is about 150 which is low im but there is no engine light coming on which seems odd im thinking the cts might be bad but i would like some other opinions before i start replacing stuff

My 1995 Chevy S10 Blazer do the same thing. If you find out anything just let me know too.

I replaced both of those items on mine and it runs about 1-2 lines above 150. 2 of my budies have blazers also and they have the same thing. I always second guessed it because thats low.

If there was a previous owner they may have replaced the thermostat with a cooler rated one rather than the 195* correct one, or you may have a bad engine coolant temperature sensor.

i have thought about it being a colder tstat but i cant see anyone putting in anything colder than 160 and yes i checked the fan as far as i can tell it is working ok it stops easily when cold and spins fast when hot.
