cooling problems
 
i have a 2002 blazer 4.3 eng. it started over heating. i have instaled elec fans a new alum radiadator, a new 170 thermastat, a new radiadator cap. it is still heating up especally when i run the ac any help

your thermostat is too low for this motor. should be 190. Are you absolutely certian all the air is out of the system? How many miles on the motor? Why did you replace the radiator and install the electric fan? Is the clutch fan still there? If so, is the clutch good?

Just looking for more info.

when you drive do you hear a sloshing water noise from pass side?
is your heater core plugged? ---> when you turn to heat do you get heat?
agreed....sounds like you have an air issue....park on a slope or jack up ..so pass side is higher than driver side up front. then run with rad cap off see if you can get some bubbles to come out.

What did you install for fans? You may not have enough airflow through the radiator & A/C condenser.

i am running a flex a lite duel fan it pulles 3000cfm the fans have been on the truck two years now and were working fin till lately, i have allways run the 170 deg, thermastat, didnt have any problem before,installed the radiator to try to help the heating problem. i will try getting the air out and see if that helps thank you
