your thermostat is too low for this motor. should be 190. Are you absolutely certian all the air is out of the system? How many miles on the motor? Why did you replace the radiator and install the electric fan? Is the clutch fan still there? If so, is the clutch good?

Just looking for more info.

when you drive do you hear a sloshing water noise from pass side?
is your heater core plugged? ---> when you turn to heat do you get heat?
agreed....sounds like you have an air issue....park on a slope or jack up ..so pass side is higher than driver side up front. then run with rad cap off see if you can get some bubbles to come out.

What did you install for fans? You may not have enough airflow through the radiator & A/C condenser.
