Is this the correct part that I need to replace the oil cooler/filter line that runs from the engine block to the oil filter? This is almost half the price of what GM wants for the part and it has a lifetime warranty. Thanks for the help!

No problem!
On the replacement of that part, I found it easiest to place a jack under the oil pan with a block of wood between the pan and the jack craddle. You only need to lift up a bit on the engine to get enough room to pull the old lines out. You'll need a 10mm short socket and about 24" of extensions to get back to the center bolt at the adapter on the side of the engine. A wobble extension at the socket will help out greatly. The bolt that holds the retaining clip is a pain to see with everything else in there. I was lucky enough to be replacing my power steering pump at the same time so I had it all out of the way which made it much easier from all accounts I've read.
Good luck!
