I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer. It turns over but does not start. Damn near everything has already been replaced over the last couple of years.
Most recent replacements (last 3 months) - distributor, battery, ignition control module.
Blazer will start at random after left alone for weeks. It will start fine the rest of that day. Then...nothing.
Now that weather is cooperating, my mechanic and I have started trouble shooting and testing. We have plenty of fuel pressure. We have spark. The blazer will not start with starting fluid but will start when we pour a little gas directly into the engine but it does not stay running.
We've determined that the fuel is not getting into the injector pack. The injector pack was replaced approx 3 years ago then the blazer became a back up vehicle and has barely 3000 miles on it in the last 3 years.
My mechanic thinks this this could be a bad PCM? Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to check the PCM for problems? Has anyone else had to replace a PCM? If so, how did you know this was the problem?
We're stuck. ANY and ALL help is welcome

Fuel delivery is everything and it sounds like you ain't got it.
These problems almost always go back to the fuel pump. If your mechanic is not familiar with the pressures needed to start these the test is a leak-down, key on engine off 60-65 then no less then 55 after ten minuets.
You only have two wirer's going to that injector so it should be easy for him to tell if your getting a pulse even if he cant tell band width.
95's have two computers the 1.5's live on top of the coolant overflow and very rarely go bad.
