Default Couple problems after engine rebuild

Hey everyone, I appreciate you looking at my thread.

Basically I did a full engine rebuild over a period of about 2yrs at which point it was not running. During the rebuild I added some performance parts (cam, headers, roller rockers, etc) along with a tune. After the tune was done and it was running alright, there are some dash lights on that I don't know what to do about.

The lights in question are airbag, security, and CEL. The CEL and security light will sometimes be on, sometimes go off, and sometimes the security light will flash. Despite the security light, it never fails to start. The code for the CEL is for crankshaft position sensor which we replaced and it still comes on.

Before the tune was done the security and airbag light were not on so I'm really a bit lost.

My Blazer: 1998 4x4 LT

Tuned (pcm4less), shorty headers, flowmaster, lunati cam, roller rockers, everything else is stock.

PS: CASE relearn was done once or twice in an attempt to fix the CEL problem.
