hey. I have a 96 chevy blazer. a couple days ago it died in my friends drive way. we changed the coil and it started for a min then died again. we have replaced the coil, icm, crankshaft sensor, coil pickup/ cam sensor, ignition switch, distributor cap, rotor, and battery. it turns over but it wont start and we are stumped.

 

Check your fuel pressure!

 

we have check the fuel pressure. its good. we arent getting a spark. gunna take the icm and coil to get tested. also just pulledthe harneses and checked all wires and connectors and they are all good.

 

its the nock sensor chip in the ecm. just going to get a whole new ecm.

 

You must also now get the crank sensor relearn procedure done and it takes the proper type of scanner to do that. Any time it is moved or replaced this MUST be done. Thats why you don't touch them unless you know they are bad.
