ECM1..I'm a lil confused about fuel pressure. Is 61 on low end?

I'm trying to figure out if you are getting fuel injector pulses from the VCM. You are getting ignition pulses so we know that certain things are working such as the crank sensor and the VCM. Ignition strength or timing can be off but you should get some cylinder firing if there is fuel. Because you do not have sophisticated test eq were are trying some crude tests. 61 psi is good enough to start the truck. Leave the ECM fuse in and instead, pull the fuel pump relay and see if fuel pressure drops during cranking. Also, are you getting any indications of security passlock problems like a flashing dash light or do you have an aftermarket security system?

Ok. Pass lock is ok. passenger side door don't lock with power locks. I brought home some tools open the door and alarm went off. It runs if I put fuel into TB. Til that is burned off. Ok I charged the system 61psi pulled pump fuse cranked and it dropped down to near 0 while cranking.

What are the wire colors at the connector going into the fuel injection spider?

Pull the connector and with key on/run check to make sure that you have 12V at all 6 solid pink wires. Meter on the first scale above 12VDC or on auto DCV, positive probe on the wire contact, negative probe on the battery negative or a clean engine bolt. Don't spread the contact apart.

The fact that it runs OK with fuel down the TB says that your ignition system is probably OK. The fact that your fuel pressure drops with the fuel pump disabled and the engine cranking says that the fuel is going somewhere but not with proper timing and quantity into each cylinder. Now we have to verify power to each injector and then the ground pulses to each injector from the VCM. Each injector gets always on in run 12V power from the solid fused pink wires at the spider electrical connector. Each injector gets opened at the right time and for the correct interval by the VCM when it takes that individual control wire to gnd (well close to ground), completing the power circuit for that injector for the opening period.

The connector wiring for your truck should be:

Pink - injector power
Pink - injector power
Pink - injector power
Pink - injector power
Pink - injector power
Pink - injector power
Blk - #1 control
Pnk/blk - #3 control
blk/wht - #5 control
Lt Gr/blk - #2 control
Lt blu/blk - #4 control
yel/blk - #6 control
