When you take off the plenum it should be black underneath. shiny goldish color is a leak. No good

The leakdown test tells you that the pump develops proper pressure and that it is not leaking down in the pump, lines, injectors or regulator. What you still don't know is if the injectors are firing properly. For that you can do an injector balance test where you pressurize the system and pulse each injector the same and see if the pressure drops the same for all of them. Also, your misfire can be caused by spark (ECM/wiring/CMPR/coil/cap/rotor/distr/wires/plus) as well as vacuum or compression. What is your fuel trim on that bank both short term and long term at both idle and 2500 rpm? Did you do a compression test?

Update... It was in fact the spider injector. The injector for Cyl 4 was shorted out. So for now the Jimmy is happy.
