Blazer family your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
1999 Blazer cylinder 1 misfire (pulled code). The following has been replaced or checked

Cap & Rotor (replaced)
Plugs & wire (Checked)
spider injector (replaced)

Now I have not done the work since I am stuck in another state. The truck is with Pepboys and the above work has been done by them and it is still misfiring. They are about to replace the ECT sensor but I am not sure if this will work.

Can replacing the ECT fix the misfire to one cylinder? Also what other things should I checked or have them check to fix this? Please help I am in a real jam and you guys have always helped me in the pass with fixing my truck.
