Cylinder 4 Misfire

Exclamation Cylinder 4 Misfire
My 1999 blazer check engine light keep coming on after i reset it. The p code states that i have a cylinder 4 misfire. I tried everything from tune ups, changing wires, roto cap, spark plugs etc. How can i fix the problem and get my check engine light off?

Look at wire routing. Had same, it was crossfiring to #2. Yeah, mine was old wires, but removing the 'wire rub' fixed it.
