Question Delphi FJ10565 - 11B1

Anyone replace a spider injector on a 2004 4.3 Blazer with a Delphi part Delphi FJ10565 or Delphi FJ10565 - 11B1?

I see 70% of the sites do not list this as a valid part for the 2004 Blazer 4.3, while the other 30% do. I would like some verification.

Were the spider injector assemblies different from 2002 to 2004?

Looks like Rockauto has them in stock, but I need to verify if it will fit or not..

Thanks

2002 was the first full year for the MFI spider. What we call an upgrade was what came on these engines as standard. This spider isn't listed in any of my usual places as a full replacement spider, only the component pieces. It gets real expensive if you want to put it all together ($80 for the body & $121 for each injector + other stuff).

A few members have had trouble with the Delphi unit. I have never had a problem with the 3 AC Delco units I have installed which included the unit I put in my old 2000 Bravada. The GM part number for the spider is 12568332. This should be able to be purchased for around $260 +s&h and should be the match to what was originally installed in your truck.

I have to ask though. What makes you think that the injectors are bad? The new system rarely fails. Has an injector balance test been performed to check the injectors?
