Default Diagnostic help with P0446

My Blazer, like others here has been giving off P0446, I have checked for rusted lines, broken hoses and replaced the gas cap and the evap solenoid, reset the computer and after about 200 miles P0446 comes back. Below is what my scan tool is reading. Can anyone make some sense of it and maybe point me in a direction to solve it?

Using my Innova 1003e scan tool this is what it is reading, any ideas?
The “e” is blinking in the I/M Monitor Status
Fuel sys 1 CL
Fuel sys 2 CL
Calc Load (%) 12.94
ECT (°F) 138
STFT B1 (%) 0.00
LTFT B1 (%) 1.56
STFT B2 (%) -3.91
LTFT B2 (%) 2.34
MAP (inHg) 15.95
Eng RPM 1642
Veh Speed (mph) 37
MAF (lb/min) 3.60
TPS (%) 15.29

This is a great $2500 vehicle (will need an intake gasket for coolant leak in Spring), its not a daily driver but I only have about 2 more weeks in NH to get the emissions to pass.

Thanks
Royce in NH

The link should help. Was there a ring of rust around the gas cap? If so, clean it off with some steel wool.

P0446 is an EVAP vent circuit problem, or there could be a problem with the fuel tank pressure sensor. Follow the flow chart that Cat posted, and it will take you right to the problem.

The data you provided does not include any EVAP data, which is to be expected with entry level code readers, (they can not access EVAP data). The data that it is showing, is indicating coolant temp is too low.
