how many plugs are in the wiring for your blazer? do you have the enhanced distribution with the coil pack on the passengers side of the intake manifold? on the dizzy cap do the plugs come straight up or do they go out sideways?
if you have the enhanced distribution there should be one plug in the dizzy, just under where the cap sits. and 7 plugs on the dizzy cap, one for each cylinder and one for the coil pack. There is an oil pressure sensor kinda under the drivers side of the dizzy. the oil pressure sensor and the dizzy have 2 very diff plugs.on the passengers side the cylinders are 2,4,6 from front to back and the same order on the dizzy cap, 2,4,6 from front to back. on the drivers side the cylinders are 1,3,5 from front to back but on the dizzy cap they are 3,1,5 from front to back, ill try my skill at drawing

transmission is here
coil pack plug
----6d5
----4d1
----2d3
6c------- 5c
4c- cpak- 3c
2c------- 1c
fan is here

D= dizzy plug
C= cylinder
cpack = coil pack
the coil pack plug is the furthest back plug on the dizzy cap ( the one that comes out at the weird angle compared to the others)

HOPE THIS HELPS
