DLC not working

DLC not working
Greetings.
2000 Blazer 4.3 4WD
DLC is dead. I've checked all fuses, relays and breakers and cannot come up with a solution. No apparent wiring problems.
Any suggestions, ideas would be most appreciated.
Recent addition to this forum, and I'm very impressed with it.
