Does not start up on the first start when it is hot

Exclamation Does not start up on the first start when it is hot

BUT early in the morning when it is stone cold it will start up on the first start.

Any ideas?

Have the ignition control module (ICM) tested. They need to test it ~6-10 times to get it hot to see if it will fail or not.

Thank You... I bought a new ICM and it works great!!!!!

And I did put thermal grease.. on the surfaces....

Glad it worked out for you! Did you have it tested prior to biting the bullet and replacing it?

actually no, I took a chance... it starts right up now and I am happy. I bought one at autozone this morning. 79.00
