Donīt find a Y-Pipe for 2nd-Gen ī95 Blazer
Hi Guys,
my Y-Pipe is rusty and 2 bolts to the headers are broken.
So I looked around at rockauto, summitracing and many other pages, search around here, but thereīs nothing...
At the moment there is no really problem, but I donīt find a Y-Pipe for the 2nd-Gen Blazer.
I only find Y-Pipes for the 1st-Gen S10 Blazer.
Am I to stupid, or does the Y-Pipes for the 1st-Gen fit on a 2nd-Gen Blazer?
How is it with the O2-Sensor?
German dealers only say: "We donīt know anything about this car, blablabla..." Su***rs.
Did You know anything about that?
Thanks a lot for your help!!!

Welcome from germany,I dont much about getting parts over there or if you guys have auto repair shops over there or what not?I think a 1st gen y pipe would work.As long as it has the spot for the 02 sensor it should be a match unless the flanges where it connects to the exaust manifolds are different. Can you have a custom pipe made at exaust repair shop?

Thanks for your answer. Getting parts for american cars is often a big problem. Especially body parts and interior parts. Most shops offer only cheap crap for evil prices and some parts you find nowhere. I only order in the US. Better service and a better choice, thats it. Custom welded Y-Pipe is an idea, but I prefer a direct fit part.

I can probaly get you one
for fairly cheap,I know some people who do exaust work on cars. They installed one for me for $150 out the door.I`ll look into a price for the pipe if you want and then see how much it cost to get shipped.

Whats your source to find one? A junk yard or from a website? I myself dont dare call a chevy dealership parts department for this part but thats what i think im going to be forced to do because all the junkyards near me do have blazers but they rip the tires off and throw the blazer rotors deep in the mud, so getting at a used one is near impossible.
