Some mechanical problem, you need to check it at where button attached with lock rod. Because there are no serious problem due to lock works with remote.

4 door? so none of the locks will operate with any of the switches? Or just the drivers door?

Yes it is a 4 dr, none of the doors will lock with the switches, the button on the dash does not work the rear hatch, the door switches worked until I replaced the hatch glass actuator, I checked electrical and now no power to the switches, all the fuses are ok unless there is a relay somewhere

Default door lock problems

I have a 95 blazer, interior master door lock does not operate all doors or rear hatch, as far as my research has gone, '95 4 doors do not have a fuse just a master relay, under the steering column, left hand side. When I operate master switch here a click from passenger side only but no action. Also read that if one switch is bad it affects whole system. Before I start tearing into this problem like to hear any more input.

Default Door lock master relay

Okay, I give up, I have a 95 Blazer, spent hours trying to find out if there is a master door lock relay and where it is located,I have researched many hours. The answers are from right hand side of steering column, passenger side [hard to find], there isn't one, etc.
Can anybody give me a definitive answer to my door problem. I can open driver's door with key, only then can I open rear hatch, eithor by dashboard switch or actual hatch button. The master switch does nothing, I replaced that, still the same. From info. gathered the next step was to check the master relay, there my problem begins, is there or isn't there one, if there is, where is it located, or are there any other suggestions, many thanks.
