HELP - i went ahead and changed the pins/bushings as well, the door didn't sag anymore, but the previous owner bent the part that is connected to the body where the door latches onto, well actually pushed it into the body... am i gonna have to have a body shop fix that or is there something i can do?

If it is pushed in, you are going to have to pull it back out into proper alignment with the door latch. This will include lining it up vertically as well (achieved by loosening the bolts).
I would try to line it up vertically first and see if it will work. If not, you may have to take it some place to have it fixed properly. It all depends on your experience and the tools you have on hand.

I just got this fixed today... bought a set of torx bits from Harbor Freight and adjusted the height back by putting in some washers... now i just gotta change the pin & bushing on the passenger side.
Thanks for the tips!
