Default Driver's side front door pins fixable?

The little circle "shims" around the pins on my driver door hinges have all broken and fallen off, so now my door opens and closes funny. It lines up when it's closed, but you really have to pull harder than what I'd like to. Do I need top and bottom hinges, or can I get new bushings or shim rings and just repin my hinges? Thanks again for any help!

They sell kits at most parts stores for this exact problem that come with pins and bushings. As long as your holes aren't egged out it's as easy as pressing in the new bushing and inserting the pins

I picked up a new pin kit at Napa after work. It took me about 1/2 hour but my door is swinging and closing like new again. Thanks for the heads up and the great advice!
