Which headlamps come on for DRL and are they LB, HB or reduced ? Do the tail lights come on?
What happens if you pull the connector from the back of the in dash HL switch?
Does the flash to pass switch function correctly?

DRL's are LOW BEAM
No tail lamps come on
Have not pulled the dash apart to get to the head light switch as of yet (crappy weather and winterizing my house)
Flash to pass works with the High Beams ( I have the LB stay on with the HB conversion)
Your provided schematic is what I got from the local electrical guru here but the DRL relay is NOT attached to the fenderwell as stated and is in the fuse block under the hood
When I get to pulling the dash panels I will also monkey with the HL relay in Christines schematic...
Hope this narrows it down at least a tiny bit...
