Default DRL'S not turning on

Hey guys I have a 2001 LT 4x4. Got this blazer back in May. And for some reason just noticed that my DRL'S do not turn on when the car is on. All other lights work. I have switchbacks as my turnsignals with load resistors to stop the hyper flash regular bulbs as my lows and LED'S as my highs. The only thing I found under the hood was a relay for DRL'S. Not sure how to test if the relay is bad or not. Any ideas.

*edit* on the 2001 its not as easy to disable them. Previous owner could have done the relay trick and bent back or cut off some pins on the DRL relay leaving only 2. (pin 87a and 30)
Its a pretty common mod to do as the DRLs are undesirable.

So just checked the relay and all leads are there, none are bent or cut off. Also checked the fuses on the side of the dash and all are good. The relay feels a bit loose when went to put it back in I can push it down and the relay is making a clicking noise, like the top of it is trying to come off. Also tried to mess with the dome override and still get nothing. Is there anything else or could it be a bad relay?

Is your e-brake light on, on the dash?
Your e-brake could be pushed in a couple clicks causing your DRLS to be disabled. Beyond that, I dont know. Sorry.
