i need to know if a westin grill guard on an 03 zr2 will fit a 98 jimmy... im thinking it would be the same, but just wondering if there is some difference im missing... thanks!!

 

It should be the same but you can look up the part number for the 03 and see if its the same for the 98.

 

Its the same, I believe it mounts to the back of the body mount hanger on the frame. There are two pre drilled holes in the hanger from 98 and on. Some guards attach differently (cheap ones) but i believe the westin attaches there, if not inside the frame.

But either way the frame has the same dimensions up front between the two years.
