have a 1997 S10 blazer 4x4. When the ABS light in dash stays on, the power windows and blower motor will not work. For a while the ABS light would finally go off and the windows and fan motor would work. Now if the ABS light goes off all yu need to do is push a power window button or turn on the blower at any speed and the ABS light will go on and the windows or blower will not work. this happens when the key is in the run position or the vehicle is running. Thank You

When seemingly unrelated electrical stuff starts going haywire, the problem is almost always a bad ground somewhere. Could be a poor connection at the battery or a bad body ground. Best to take them apart, inspect & clean them, then reassemble them making sure they are tight.

Another possibility is: 1997 uses an ignition switch that is unique to that year. It is known to have "issues". This link explains: https://blazerforum.com/forum/articl...-switch-33465/
