I have a 99 Blazer that has had different electronic issues, 1st the lights would not turn on even using the manual switch, then the next day worked again! This has happened twice. 2nd a few times the wipers failed to come on, then later work again, And 3rd the power locks have been acting up, locking and unlocking on their own, The button is not working? and I hear a electronic clicking sound.

Any ideas?
