Default Emissions fail

Hello to everybody. I'm having a problems passing an estest. It's a 1999 blazer zr2. I took it in today for emissions test and it failed . It passed the curb idle test, but failed the other test at 1900 rpm on all three readings . My HC ppm are 69 with a limit of 52.
CO%. Is .62 with a limit of .29
NO ppm is 600 with a limit of 578
And the dilution rate is 14.9 and is valid.

And I keep getting a crankshaft to camshaft correlation fault.
When I start the truck it bucks when it fires but runs and idles fine.
The oil is fresh , air filter is new, and the gas is old(5months old).
I just purchased this vehicle and need to get it to pass, so any help would be much appreciated.

Complete tune-up (distributor cap & rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter), clean the MAF sensor, check for vacuum leaks.

Ok sounds like a start. Do you just clean the maf with a spray? I am just poking around the engine bay again, and I noticed there is a hose missing. It's the one from the valve cover on the passenger side to the air intake just above the throttle body. It looks fairly large in diameter. Would this cause a problem?

I think you are thinking of the crankcase breather hose. Also try cleaning the egr valve as well. There is a great how-to in this forum. Also wouldn't hurt to run some injector cleaner through the fuel system to boost your octane in that 5 month old fuel. Any emissions ses codes?

That code has to deal with timing. Have you pulled the distributor recently? If so make sure it is installed correctly. Also check the rotar and cap make sure those are installed correctly. Sounds like you are close on timing if it runs ok at idle but bucks when you start it. If that doesen't work you need a scan tool to retard or advance the timing. Emissions codes always start with P04xx. Having a slightly missed timed motor would definately cause you to fail emissions due to such tight margins on these engines. Hope that helps. let us know what you find.

Default Total advanced timing?

Ok so I am still trying to clear the 1345 code. I had a friends reader tell me that it about 19 degrees at idle and about 32 to 35 degrees at 2500 rpm. Is this right? And it seems to be hard on fuel right now, What is going on? The temperature gauge doesn't move past the quarter mark either.
