Emissions problems, help!

Emissions problems, help!
First off, Happy Easter! A little background, I owna 2001 Blazer. From what I understrand CT allows you one trouble code to show up and they will pass you on the emissions test, Last year(I was a year late) I took my truck in for its test, it failed. The garage said it threw 1 secondary ignition system and 2 fuel system, that being my fuel gage kept showing E even ehen I just filled up. At the expense of $700.00 plus they replaced my air pump, drove it close to a week and then suggested to me to drive it longer because the sensors had not reset. I got it back, the fuel gage seemed to start working so I took it back for a retest and it passed, secondary air injection still showing up. This year it's due for its emissions again, no check engine light on, fails again, this time secondary air injection and catalyst. Help, this is my backup vehicle but I would like to have it legal. Any help/advice would be appreciated and I apologize if this has been addressed before.

Post the Diagnostic Trouble Codes, (DTC's) in the order they are retrieved and we can help you with diagnosis. Without them, guessing at the problem gets very expensive.

This is what the emissions printout said. I will try to get the DTC's as soon as I can.
Thanks

Here's the deal. Give me back my 67 Camaro RS or my 69 Chevelle SS, all I had to worry about was the stupid PCV valve(not to mention what they are worth now). Had my friend hook up his scan tool to my Blazer, there were no DTC codes, the only thing that came up was the emissions light was showing yellow(potential problem) and the secondary air was flashing. I have half a mind(beers included) to just take it to a shop and have them hook it up, at a cost of $95.00 to get it diagnosed and fixed. The truck runs great, is a great second vehicle but I am getting frustrated. I will admit that vehicles run much better and longer these days but there is so much more that can, and does go wrong. Sorry about my rambling and would appreciate any help from you experts.

I agree 100% on the old iron, much easier and cheaper to work on but.... If the yellow Service Engine Soon light is on, there are DTC's in memory, and the scan tool should be able to retrieve them. Got to have the DTC's to diagnose it. The only clue here is the SES light is flashing which usually means there's a misfire, but again, need the DTC's.
