Engine Stutering???
The possibility that you did something wrong?? Did you connect everything back up correctly? Any codes present? How does it run if you disconnect the MAF sensor electrical connection?
My SES light was on prior to the problem. I tried disconnecting the MAF and air temp Sensor to see if there was any difference in the running condition, and ther wasn't. I went and had the codes read ans P0102, P0113,P0452, and P1111 popped. I had them cleared and P0452 (Evaporator pressure sensor low, I believe) can right back. The stutering isn't as bad but it is still there.
P0102 - Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit Low Frequency
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature [IAT] Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input
P1111 - IAT Sensor Circuit Intermittent High Voltage
Sounds like you have a wiring problem. It may be ground related.
Although very rare, this problem could be caused by a failing PCM as the PCM controls the ground to the IAT and fuel tank pressure sensor, but typically if this is the issue, the EGR valve and MAP sensor are included in the codes displayed.

P0102 and P0113 are from when I disconnected them while the engine was running to see if it would change how the engine was running. I cleared all the codes and the only one that came back was P0452, but my engine is still stutering????
