What is it that you need help with? Are you replacing the harness, or is it just a case of remembering where everything plugs in??
The harness itself is pretty straight forward, and if routed the correct way practically plugs itself in
A little more info, and maybe some pics of your issues would greatly help!

OK, let's see if this help you. I'm going off of memory, so hopefully I will get it right
Main harness should come from the drivers side up near the wiper motor/cruise control. This routes behind the engine. There should be one ground on the back of EACH head, as well as connectors for Distributor, oil pressure sending unit, and knock sensor.
There should be one or two (??) branches off the drivers side for your IAT and MAF (there are rubber clips on the air ducting for these) as well as the AC High Pressure switch (back of compressor) and Clutch switch (Front side of compressor) and temperature sending unit (under exhaust manifold)
The rest of the harness runs up the side of the right valve cover. There should be some plastic clamps to help you see where it goes.
Connectors in order from rear of engine to front: EVAP (2 pin) MAP (?? Pin) Fuel Injection (large 12 pin), Ign Coil, Coil Pack, alternator (4 pin & red ring term) ECM Coolant sender (2 wire by thermostat) EGR, TPS, IAC.
I'm sure if I missed something, someone will point it out. I'll see if I can find a diagram. Maybe even some pics

I missed it too............
Yup, it's gonna be fun putting it all back together. Although, when I swapped engines a couple weeks ago I didn't label anything. Didn't seem necessary. But, if I were to remove the harness entirely along with the front sheetmetal then labeling would have been done.
I wonder how much was pulled apart on this one.
Don't worry 86FIFI, you WILL get it back together. Might just take some time.
Did you remove the front clip when doing the swap, or is it just the engine harness that your working on?
Keep asking the ?'s
