How does one work on a blazer exhaust without dismantling everything?!? To start my cat is plugged. Right now im in school and want to spend as little as posible to get this running again. Ive read to unplug one of the uper o2 sensors to check if less back pressure helps. I tried this and the sensors are basically fused in there and wont budge for me. My next idea down the list was unbolting the flanges around the cat, there is no way to get an impact on the top bolt so that isnt happening. Then i decided I could use a saws all to cut the thing out and clamp or weld in a new univeral one. the flange is too close to the front and all the pipe after is hard to reach and really wacked bends except where the crossbraces are in the way. UGhh... id settle for bashing the thing in
but i cant even manage to do that!
For the guys who have done there own exhaust work, How and what do i need?
Ive never felt so defeated by my vehicle
