One of the biggest things you have to worry about with an off brand of engine kit is the gaskets and the Oil pump. I have never used these guys...(In fact I have never heard of Titan before)...I have always used DNJ or Sealed Power. Rockauto has the same DNJ kit for $30.00 more.
Theres nothing worse than putting an engine together and blowing a head gasket before the motor even warms up because the gaskets were cheap.
I have seen cheap oil pumps where they have dipped cores in carb cleaner, blew them dry and sold them as rebuilt... you have to be careful if you want the rebuild to last. Spend a few bucks more and get a kit that you can get Fel-Pro gaskets and maybe a Melling oil pump.
Thats just my two cents--

buy it,then buy a known good quality oil pump, lower manifold gaskets and headgaskets. You should be ok then. Or like monkey said and buy a little better kit. Ive never heard of titan either.
