Default extraction hook help

Can someone please tell me where to find 2" extraction hook spacers.I searched awhile back and found some but can't seem to find them again.I remember the picture, they looked like 2" solid blocks with 2 holes drilled in them and they were around $20.

You can buy receiver tubes and any farm supply store, or you can order them online. Then its a matter of finding receiver shackles...or hooks...whatever you want.
