I have just replaced the fuel pump on my 1999 RHD 4 door Blazer, see other threads.
Unfortunately this has not resolved my non starting problem and I have decided that I need to carry our a full fault scan.
I need to obtain a reasonably priced fault scanner from a supplier who will ship to France.
Is the 'Actron CP9410 PocketScan Plus OBD II Code Reader' suitable?
As usual all help is appreciated.
