figure out what part i need ACTUATOR MODE VLV,(LWR)

Default figure out what part i need ACTUATOR MODE VLV,(LWR)
Hey guys, i'm trying to figure out which part i need to replace the ACTUATOR MODE VLV,(LWR) in my 95 chevy blazer. Is it ac delco 15-74127 or what? The one i need has to have to vacuum lines coming off of it and the pictures of this part only show one. been digging all over so any help would be great. I need the part listed as #24 in this diagram, but i can't find the part number for it.
