Check the bottom of the doors.Water does track inside the doors, fenders, quarterpanels and where the wipers are.Maybe a bunch of leaves, dirt or whatever and the track is blocked. The water will find another rout to take.I would check all the trim and rubber seals around the doors.I had seen a Jimmy after the repairs after an accident. The left side passenger(a 4 door)never sealed tight at the top of the door whe it was closed. You could here the air whe moving and see water come in.Rain guards stop the water.

So hopefully Friday will be the day of reckoning..After the mystery of where the water is coming from.....multiple trips under the truck...some carpet removal.....my dad looks at the passenger side rear wheel well.....it appears that at some point the rear panel was replaced....the factory caulk bead is not there...and it looks like they just brushed sealer on...there's a long..small crack where the fender meets the wheel well.....which....after spraying copious amounts of water up the well.....there should be water!!! woo hoo!!!! no more wet carpet....who would have thought.......I'll let ya know!
