I am having a problem with my flasher. It will start clicking like I turned on the turn signal while im driving down the road.

I changed out the flasher but it didnt stop the problem.

Has anyone experienced this before?

 

I just bought a 98 w/ the same problem - on mine I found that therre is only one OE style flasher that works. You can't use a heavy duty flasher. Take the flasher into the store with you and make sure that what you buy is exactly the same. The 98's seem to have many problems when buying parts or even just following the manual to repair things, there are some parts that are the same as '97's and some '99's.
