On mine, the ATF cooler is passenger side of the radiator, and driver side (what is pictured) is the oil cooler. The AC system has its own condenser; it's totally separate from the radiator.

not part of the a/c. it should be part of the oil system as stated above. i would take it off, and gently clean it with a wire brush and then put it back on. if you dont clean it, you could possibly break the radiator. they key here is to be CAREFUL!!!

Nope. A little engine oil will come out, so have a rag or two handy.

nope. that hose goes in there, and comes out near the bottom. that is completely separate of the radiator. if its an automatic, you will have two more going in on the passenger side for the transmission. all four of them tend to weep a little from time to time. you have to be careful of the bottom ones because they can make a mess if you are not prepared.
i recommended cleaning it because of the rust.
