Front Brake Issue
Hey guys I have a 2000 Trailblazer and today while going to pick up some parts for my Cherokee I started to smell my brakes really bad and i was losing power like something was holding it back. When I got home I jacked it up and could not even move the left front tire it was locked down. So I removed the caliper and pads and replaced the caliper and pads and the left front will not bleed correctly?!? I went ahead and changed the right sides pads and the right side bleeds like it is suppose to. I am getting clean fluid out of the left side however there is just no pressure to it, it just trickles out of the bleeder valve. I am wondering if it could be the rubber brake line on the driver side has failed? Any thoughts or input is greatly appreciated.

very possible. you can try bleeding the driver side before the rubber brake line, like have someone pump it up and loosen the metal brake line above it. if it sprays out of there like it should then the rubber brake hose has collapsed. its pretty common.
for future reference if you ever have a locked up caliper try opening the bleeder first. if the caliper then releases its the rubber brake line that failed.
