Default Front clip swap 97 on a 03

Here I go again! About 18 mo ago I swapped over body panels/bumpers etc from a 96 to a 97 No problem. Now the 97 is starting to need more work than is worth even at my dealer cost at the local parts stores! It is a solid, sound and reliable unit that looks great as well as delivers great gas mileage-But I bought it with 138K and have now 181K!
I just found a 03 with a minor hit to the front: one fender, hood, bumper, grill, rad support/rad-shroud/recovery tank. 61K! So now I am thinking of doing this again! As my 97 jimmy body panels are fine I don't believe I'll have many issuses.
The 03 is going for only 1K-but I have all the parts! One concern- the wiring harness for the front turn signals-willit be too short to reach the bumper mounted lamps of the 97 design? What Say Youi?

I am interested in your experience with the clip. I need to do a motor job, but don't look forward to working around all the stuff that's in the way. Instead, I'm interested in pulling the clip to make it easier to get to motor mounts and stuff.

Can you give me some idea, either in text or photos, what is involved in pulling the clip?

like i said when you made this same post about a week ago.... everything will swap over just fine. please dont double post.

as far as the bumper lights you might have to extend the wires but i dont even think you would have to do that.
