Front driveshaft question
 
Are the universals in the front drive shaft (propeller shaft) glued in and need to be heated to be remove like the main driveshaft universals>
04 blazer 4.3 4wd 4 door.

While I am not familiar with the front shaft joints of an S series as I have not had to change any(yet) My 91 Suburban had those type of joints for both shafts. I would just obtain the correct replacement joints(with grease fittings) and swap them out. Heat from at least a propane torch makes this job much easier! A vise and a press is also handy,search this site,you will find what you need.

probably. if you see like little white plastic things coming out the ears of the driveshaft then yep. gotta burn them out

mine is a 98 and they were not glued in just internal lock joints

On my 98b I got mad cuz it wouldnt come out, Then did the shake weight to it and it came off!
